Born and raised in Wilmington, NC, Olivia Galarde grew up embracing the beach lifestyle and the unique charm of coastal living. After relocating to Charlotte, she quickly fell in love with the city's tree-lined streets, finding the perfect balance to her coastal roots.

From a young age, Olivia would ride around in the car with her father, observing him build, sell, and develop real estate. Witnessing the process firsthand-from construction to sale-sparked a deep passion for the industry. It became clear that real estate was the path she wanted to pursue, blending her interest in the field with her desire to help others.

After earning her real estate license, Olivia launched her career in Charlotte and later expanded to include Wilmington, where her roots run deep.
