Originally from Sacramento, California, Lindsey began her career after studying audio engineering and securing an internship at a local radio station-a pivotal moment that launched her into the world of live events. She quickly found her passion in building large-scale experiences from the ground up, producing everything from community festivals and comedy shows to full-scale concerts and 10,000-attendee music festivals.

Her professional journey includes more than ten years in the music and entertainment sector, where she developed a strong reputation for curating memorable, high-impact events that drive engagement and elevate brands. Lindsey defines success by how deeply an experience resonates-her goal is always to create something attendees remember long after the lights go down.

At The Agency Charlotte, Lindsey leads the firm's event, PR, and partnership strategy with a focus on crafting luxury, story-driven experiences that strengthen connections between agents, clients, and the greater community.
